Our Classes
We offer classes for every level and each class is capped at 10 people so that everyone can get the individual attention they need and deserve!
All classes are first-come, first-serve by signing up on the FIT FACTOR FITNESS APP, either online or through the App Store.
Strength factor
Using strictly weights during this hard core 45 minutes of strength! You will put yourself through a full body weight session, using super sets, compound exercises you’ll feel amazing when its over!

Circuit Factor
Put your body through the test with a combination of weights and cardio! Whether its every minute on the minute or Amrap style (as many reps as possible).

KYLE’S KILLER CLASS
Full body workout with our amazing instructor Kyle! Changing it up weekly, it will always be a full body, challenging workout no matter what level of fitness you are!
SUNDAY CArdio & abs
This will become your favourite weekend activity, learning to workout with all the fun pieces of equipment you might not have known how to use, while breaking a sweat! Mainly focusing on your core and cardio!
